Most of our trips are designed for travellers between 18–35 years old, allowing us to create a group of like-minded people with similar travel energy and interests. For certain destinations such as Kenya, Egypt, and South Africa, the age bracket extends up to 37 years.

Yes, absolutely. In fact, most of our travellers join solo. People also join as couples, siblings, or groups of friends. Our trips are designed to help people connect easily, so you'll quickly make friends and become part of the group.

Our groups usually have 15–18 travellers. This size creates a fun, social atmosphere while still keeping the experience comfortable and well-managed.

International flights are not included in the trip cost. This allows travellers to book flights from their preferred city and choose their preferred airline or deals. However, domestic flights within the destination are included in the cost wherever applicable. We are also happy to assist you with flight suggestions and guidance.

We recommend you get travel insurance for your trip. Co-TravelIn can also arrange travel insurance for you, making the process simple and hassle-free before your trip.

The trip cost generally includes accommodation, intercity transportation, intracity transfers, group activities and experiences mentioned in the itinerary, trip host support, and some meals as specified in the itinerary. Flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, and activities not mentioned in the itinerary are not included.

We carefully select comfortable, well-located hotels, boutique stays, or quality hostels that match the vibe of the trip. Our accommodations are chosen based on location, cleanliness, comfort, and social atmosphere.

Rooms are usually twin-sharing. Solo travellers are paired with another traveller of the same gender. If you prefer a private room, it can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Yes. While flights are not included, we can suggest the best flight options, timings, and routes that align with the group itinerary to make your travel smooth.

Yes. For destinations that require a visa, we guide travellers through the visa application process and provide the necessary supporting documents such as hotel confirmations and travel itineraries. Travellers are required to submit their visa applications themselves, but our team is always available to assist and answer any questions.

You can book your spot by filling out the booking form on our website or by contacting our team directly at +91 78293 14141. Once your seat is confirmed, a booking amount is required to secure your spot, and the remaining balance can be paid as per the payment schedule shared by our team.

Yes. Every Co-TravelIn trip is led by an experienced trip host who travels with the group. The trip host helps coordinate the itinerary, manages logistics, assists travellers when needed, and ensures the group has a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the trip.
