Airport transfers are not included. You’ll receive meeting/travel instructions ahead of time and guidance on how to reach your hotel from the airport.

What are the visa requirements?

Indian travellers need a Schengen visa to visit Italy (part of the Schengen zone).

Where does the trip start and end?

The trip starts in Rome and ends in Milan.

What are the ideal flight timings?

We recommend arriving by midday so you have time to settle in and explore. For departure, booking a flight in the late morning or afternoon allows for a relaxed breakfast and hotel check-out.

Do you help with trip extensions?

Yes, if you’d like to extend your stay in Italy beyond the planned itinerary, just get in touch and we’ll assist with extra nights or optional tours.

What’s the baggage allowance for internal travel?

Most internal travel between cities (Rome → Florence → Milan → Naples) is by train or coach. Travel light for ease of transfers.

When will the WhatsApp group be created?

The WhatsApp group will be set up approximately 8-10 days before the trip start date to share final information and coordinate travel details.

When will accommodation details be shared?

Accommodation details will be shared approximately 15 days before the trip starts.

What currency is used?

Italy uses the Euro (€). Credit/debit cards are widely accepted in cities; carrying some cash for small purchases is a good idea.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, having travel insurance covering health, cancellations and emergencies is highly recommended (and required for Schengen visa).
